1. Your agreement
By using the FlickerBonbon preview studio or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not upload media or use the service.
2. You must own or control your media
You may upload only photos, videos, artwork, logos, and other media that you created, own, licensed, or otherwise have permission to reproduce as a personalized edible product.
You may not upload copyrighted characters, films, television footage, music artwork, professional photography, brand assets, celebrity images, or other protected material unless you have the necessary permission. Finding media online or on social media does not give you reproduction rights.
3. Permission from people shown
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from identifiable people shown in your media, including a parent or legal guardian’s permission for a minor. Do not upload private, intimate, non-consensual, or unlawfully obtained imagery.
4. Prohibited content
Do not upload or request content that is illegal, sexually explicit, exploitative, abusive, hateful, threatening, harassing, deceptive, privacy-violating, graphically violent, or otherwise inappropriate for production on food products. Content involving sexual exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited.
FlickerBonbon may reject, remove, or decline to manufacture any content or order that appears to violate these rules, applicable law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or safety standards.
5. Your responsibility
You represent that your submission complies with these terms and that producing it will not infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights. You remain responsible for the media you choose and any permissions it requires.
6. Browser-only media processing
The current preview studio processes selected photo and video files locally in your browser. Preview media is not uploaded to FlickerBonbon’s servers. Temporary frames are cleared when the page closes or reloads unless you save or share them. Contact-form details are transmitted and stored separately and do not include your preview media.
7. Preview limitations
Digital loops, filters, crop previews, color simulations, and chocolate height maps are visual planning tools. They are not exact manufacturing proofs. Physical colors, relief depth, clarity, ingredients, texture, and motion may differ.
8. Food and allergen information
Ingredients, allergens, cross-contact risks, shelf life, and handling instructions depend on the final recipe and production facility. Confirm dietary requirements before placing or approving an order.
9. Availability and changes
Preview tools may change, pause, or become unavailable. Product availability, final specifications, fulfillment terms, and pricing should be confirmed before purchase.
